Silver Comet Depot- Mableton, GA Bianchi Dealer

My travels have taken me to Mableton, GA this time to visit Silver Comet Depot.

The Depot is just that, a pre-exhisting train depot from way back. On the edge of the store's parking lot is a Rails to Trails that stretches out 98 miles, all paved and well painted designating the two lanes for travlers. The trail runs right past the edge of the of the store, so close you could fling a beer coaster out the front door and hit the path. They offer a handful of Bianchi Milano Parcos for anyone wanting a spin on the bike path with the finest cafe' bike out there.

Arno, the owner and store manager of SCD has a true passion for Bianchi Bicycles. How do I know this? See the photo below:

This bicycle in my opinion one of the sexiest bikes for the dollar. Great lines, color and accenting parts. It's not stock. It's a 2009 C2C Via Nirone 7 Alum Sora. Yes a Sora bike. Arno dressed the bike up with a pair of red Conti Super Sports (290gr) tires, Fizik red/wh tape, Fizik Arione saddle. With the mods, the bike is listed at just over $1100.

Shops like this make my job fun. They think outside of the box. They realize potential where some just turn up their noses and then down shift their Dura Ace, buh bye. Going that extra step for the customer is what separates them from other bike shops that don't carry the Celeste Brand.

Along with subtle customizing and premium customer service, the SCD crew offers top notch repairs, professional bicycle fitting and advice for first time commuters to the first time roadie as well.
