I genuinely enjoy servicing my bikes. Lately, my wet chain lubricant I've been using is Pro-Gold (on the mountain bike).
The days of using a lubricant that goes on wet and sets up as a waxy film have been long over for me. In most cases, it's more work to remove that waxy, cupcake icing of a chain lube than it is to spot clean with a wet lube like Pro-Gold.
