2010 Infinito at Outback Bikes, GA

Last week, during my whirl wind tour of the Southeast, I stopped by Outback Bikes in Atlanta, GA to see what the guys have been up too.

Front and center, I noticed this nice display of the Infinito Ultegra. Mike and Edgy sang the praises of the bike; UM40 Nano-carbon, FULL Ultegra 6700 build kit and sexy lines to boot.


Thanks for the support guys! OBB has been a solid supporter of Bianchi for a long time and you can always find the latest rides on their floor; Pistas, C2C and B4P and cross/commuter bikes.

Fellow Bianchi fan boy bianchinist posted this last December-- a 2010 Infinito 105 in what I consider one of my all time bike colors. Which isn't available in the US so keep drooling you bike fiends!

It's been a brutal year with everyone else 'value engineering' their bikes to reach that ultimate bang for the buck level; with the exception of one of the top 5 choices, the 2010 Bianchi Infinito. 400GPa mod carbon and Nano-tech...fingers crossed!

2010 Infinito Ultegra weight.

Yesterday's trip to Nashville couldn't have been timed any better. While visiting GFC, the FedEx man delivered two spanking new C2C Infinito Ultegras. Giddy as my 7 year old this past Christmas, I talked Lynn into letting me turn some wrenches on one of the newly delivered bikes.

Not wanting to 'taint their finishing touches' on the build, I handed the bike over to Jeff for bar wrapping and cable cutting.


I'm not sure what's in Jeff's cheek, possible a ball of Redman chew?


So, the Bianchistas want to know, how much does this bike weigh?


Out of the box, all stock, sans pedals and accessories for a 57cm frame size-- 17.07lbs That's awesome for a bike with a non-racing wheel set. I recall in my retail days, stocking a 2007 C2C 928 Dura-Ace with Mavic Elites for pretty much the same weight. And this is full Ultegra 6700 at $2999.00 usd.!

The money shot. I simply adore the bottom top tube logo and Italian flag on the fork legs. I need a 61cm please!

2010 Bianchi C2C Infinito test- Bikeradar.com

Here is the latest from over the pond regarding our 2010 Infinito.

This frameset was lighting up forums all over the globe during the 2009 Giro when sprinter Robbie Hunter made it his weapon of choice.

Coming in at an est. 40gr heavier than the B4P T-Cube, you'll get the drag race capabilities of the T-Cube with a controlled ride of the C2C geometry. The immediate geometry difference between the C2C to B4P; aside from the 10mm taller headtube on the C2C is it's 1-3mm longer chainstay.

Utilizing the M40 carbon/Nano-tech of the 928 SL, this frame should be freaking out a lot of test riders. I know I'm excited to test ride one real soon-why?--> The M40 grade of carbon is utilized in the T-Cube, this lends to the bikes ability to jump on climbs and sprints.
